My Story: After 28 years of law enforcement in the DC Metro region (literally ON the DC Beltway), as a patrol officer, supervisor, commander, and police instructor, I was hired as a Subject Matter Expert contractor for the U.S. Senate Sergeant At Arms to prepare and instruct Senate staff in emergency preparedness, and then moved over to FEMA HQ's National Continuity Programs as a Continuity Exercise Coordinator for their lead exercise planners. Now in East Tennessee, I am excited to offer my experience and skillset to churches, businesses, and families to prepare for emergencies and to protect themselves and the ones they love and serve.

What We Can Do For You

TT&E, which involves TRAINING based on a determination of needs, TESTING the effectiveness of the training, which includes developing EXERCISES and SCENARIOS where your efforts are EVALUATED based on benchmarks determined by your leadership and partners. An AFTER-ACTION REPORT and CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN are developed which lay out the expected improvements and changes needed.

The Emergency Action Plan, also known as an Occupant Emergency Plan by OSHA, is a basic description of the anticipated problems, dangers, and disasters, as well as how your organization is equipped and trained to respond to emergencies. While most EAPs are similar in structure and purpose,

AND

have different resources, needs, capabilities, and functions, requiring further details of potential responses, such as annexes, coordination of plans, and protection of sensitive information.
