Threat, Hazard, Identification & Risk Assessment (THIRA)

Knowing your fear is the first step in conquering it.

Identify it

We apply years of industry experience and knowledge to an assessment process tried by fire.

Major cities, organizations, and government agencies have used various Threat Assessment Models to determine their site's vulnerabilities and gaps in their procedures and processes.

It has been proven that you cannot prepare for everything, but you can plan for most things.

Certified in Local Jurisdiction, Enhanced, and Public Works Hazard and Threat Assessment, through the Department of Homeland Security, as well as CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), several levels of Assessment are available to suit your needs, budget, and time.

Assess it

To put our disclaimer UP FRONT:

In an effort to provide a quality assessment of your site, every measure will be taken to make the level of assessment you choose of the highest quality.

In view of privacy laws, the extent that an "investigation" into threat vectors (methods of criminal behavior and/or possible ways a weakness or risk can be taken advantage of) or actors (person/s known to commit criminal behavior in particular locations, regions, or venues) will be limited to open, or public sources.

Local, state, national, and federal criminal information systems (NCIC, etc.) contain classified and personal information on persons that may not be available to the average user, making it nearly impossible to see a complete criminal history or listing of court cases for every person.

THIS MEANS: Commensurate with the level of assessment for your site, due diligence will be exercised to determine the level and validity of suspected threats and risks.  (
